Traction Decompression
Therapy
Decompression traction therapy is becoming more common as
a successful treatment for spinal disc pathology. The
therapy is well supported in the literature. The history
of the development of this therapy will be investigated.
The importance of proper patient selection, contra
indications and indications for the treatment as well as
treatment protocols will be discussed. A demonstration
will also be performed. Documentation and billing codes
will also be delineated.
